Speakers
Andrew Jeon, CTO of Musinsa, co-founded Estsoft in 1993 and has since built engineering leadership experience at global tech companies including Google, YouTube, and Uber. During his time at Google, he oversaw the Android TV and Google TV platforms. He went on to drive technology innovation at leading Korean and international companies, including as Engineering VP at Coupang and R&D Center Head and CEO at Yogiyo. He now brings that expertise to Musinsa, leading technology development spanning online and offline channels into the global market.
Jaeseon Hwang is a veteran AI and digital transformation practitioner. He leads SK Discovery's AX Lab and heads the Digital Innovation Office at SK Bioscience, directing hands-on AI transformation execution for traditional enterprises. His work spans projects across AI, big data, and cloud platforms β from enterprise adoption to cost reduction through operational efficiency and the business model innovation that full AI transition requires. He previously served as Cloud PMO/Team Lead at LG Electronics' DX (Digital Transformation Technology) Center, leading DX-based new business initiatives in B2C-focused IoT and building the company's enterprise-wide data lake and data governance organization. He is the author of AX 100 Rules and Changing the Habits of a Digital Transformation Organization.
