Visa & overseas attendees
- Simultaneous interpretation (EN ↔ KR) is provided on conference days.
- Visa invitation letters are issued only after ticket purchase.
- Processing may take up to 4 weeks.
- Visa denial follows the standard refund policy.
Cancellation & refund policy
- 15+ days before the event: 100% refund
- 8–14 days before: 50% refund
- Within 7 days & No-show: No refund
Cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email from the registered attendee or the person in charge.
