From Co-Pilot to Teammate: When AI Becomes Part of the Team
Session Overview
While most organizations use LLMs as “chatty assistants,” the HereO (Yeogi Eottae) Partner Web Development Team has pushed them further—treating LLMs as true contributors that replace portions of developer work and drive automation. Beyond simple code reviews or brainstorming, we integrated GitLab, Confluence, Figma, vector databases, RAG, and MCP so the LLM can execute tasks end-to-end, with humans reviewing the final output. This session shares how AI can become a real team member, grounded in our production architecture and operating examples.
