From Intuition to Intelligence: How AI Has Redefined Revenue Growth
Session Overview
For decades, revenue growth depended on a handful of star performers whose instincts could not easily be taught or scaled. The only way to grow was often to hire more people, while the only way to improve was to hope that talent walked through the door.
AI has changed that. By analysing more than one million B2B sales conversations, clear and repeatable patterns have emerged around what actually drives revenue, transforming individual intuition into an organisational capability.
In this session, Barra Ó Briain will explain what this shift means for business leaders: how to increase revenue per employee, close the performance gap between average and top-performing sales professionals, and make sustainable growth less dependent on any single individual.
He will also share what data reveals about high-performing revenue teams, where AI is already improving productivity today, and the leadership decisions across coaching, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy that separate organisations compounding this advantage from those leaving it on the table.
