AI Workspace: How We Work in the Age of AI
Session Overview
Generative AI is no longer just about individual productivity β it is changing the very way organizations work. Yet at many companies, AI is still confined to one-off uses like summarizing or drafting. The real challenge isn't model performance; it's that the context AI needs to do real work β documents, workflows, and data β remains disconnected.
In this session, Daesung Park frames AX (AI Transformation) through the lens of the AI Workspace. Rather than simply "adopting" AI, he lays out a step-by-step approach to redesigning the structure of work itself with an Agent OS to turn AI into real execution power.
What you'll take away
- Why AI adoption fails to scale across organizations.
- Why an AI Workspace changes the "workflow," not just the "document."
- The stages of AX maturity β individual β team β automation β Agent OS.
- How governance, trust, and review burdens can be reduced through design.
