From Files to Flows: How AI Agents are Revolutionizing Knowledge Creation

AI Summit Seoul 2025 17 min

Session Overview

In an era where AI capabilities are advancing exponentially, most organizations remain trapped in what calls "the tragedy of modern knowledge work"—professionals drowning in disconnected tools, file formats, and fragmented AI solutions. Despite decades of software evolution, our tools remain essentially "fancy old-school notepads" that process visual information without understanding meaning or context. In my talk, I will explore three critical dimensions of the AI agent revolution: 1. The Evolution and Future of AI Agents: Moving beyond chatbots to intelligent systems that truly understand human intent and context, transforming from passive containers to active collaborators in the creative process. 2. The Paradigm Shift in Software Design: Why "AI Native" actually means "Human Native"—designing systems that work the way humans naturally think rather than forcing humans to adapt to software limitations. 3. Flowith's Approach to Agent-Based Creation: How our canvas-based platform integrates personal knowledge with AI agents, enabling users to transition from being manual operators to creative directors of their knowledge work. Drawing from my experience redesigning systems for millions of government users and now building the future of AI-powered creation, Devina will demonstrate why the next generation of software won't just process information—it will understand, collaborate, and create alongside us.
