Kang Dong-ho participated in the localization of IBM Watson Korean NLP and AI during his time at SK, conducting research on AI and NLP. At Shinhan Bank, he led chatbot development, model building, and operation projects. He also took a key role in the B2C platform technology team at Shinhan Financial Group, worked with Megazone to establish FINFLOW, and currently leads AI and fintech business at FINFLOW.
