AI Summit Seoul 2025 35 min

Session Overview

AI is rapidly being applied across industries, becoming an integral part of daily life by helping to quickly bridge technology gaps and create opportunities for new services for customers. In particular, in the consumer industry, and especially in cosmetics, AI has become central to innovation. For example, AI-driven services in personal care have been well received by customers for their freshness and personalization.
‘Skintest.ai’ is a representative case where AI’s functional strengths are combined with professional storytelling to create value.

Key discussion points include:

  • How should AI-powered consumer services be designed?
  • How do we balance accuracy, speed, and cost?
  • In what ways should these services be delivered to customers?
  • What technical features are necessary for such services to succeed?
