Dr. Kim will share case studies on solutions in the psychological counseling field, including technologies that analyze voice data to measure stress levels from an AX perspective.
As the demand for AX spans all industries, she will present examples of applying AI to the pressing social challenge of mental health, highlighting its potential.
She will also examine critical issues in data-driven AX through recent case studies.

Dr. Kim Jeong-seon is a specialist in new growth business planning based on big data and AI technology. She began her career at SK Telecom and is now at LG U+, leading projects that address technical challenges from an AX (Affective Experience) perspective. Currently, she is driving AX initiatives in the mental care field.
She also serves in a variety of expert and advisory roles, including:
- Performance Evaluation Committee member at the Ministry of Science and ICT
- Expert member of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety’s Public Data Mediation Committee
- Member of the AI Division at the Korea Industrial Technology Association
- Civilian advisor to various AI and Big Data–related initiatives
