The Rise of the Agentic Enterprise: A Performance Framework for Global B2B Innovation via Agent OS

AI Summit Seoul 2025 20 min

Session Overview

In 2025, Enhans was selected for the Palantir Startup Fellowship (Next-Gen AI-Native Unicorn) — the only company from Korea that year — and is drawing global attention with case studies that combine AI-based task automation and outcome creation.
“We are not headed for an era where AI merely assists human work. We’re entering an era where AI runs the organization itself.”
Today, a company’s competitiveness is no longer determined by headcount or capital, but by how fast its AI Agents execute and learn. Centered on an Agent OS that delivers value for global enterprises, Lee proposes a performance equation for AI-Native Enterprises in which AI becomes the firm’s brain and limbs — Speed, Cost, Margin, Revenue (Reinvestment).

Our stance:

  • We don’t just “introduce” AI.
  • We design and operate companies where AI is the primary worker.

Key points:

    • From “human decides, human executes” to a “human decides, AI executes” organization — a structure that doesn’t place humans first in every task.
    • Agent OS Framework: connects Speed : Cost : Margin : Revenue into one executable, measurable system.
    • Applying lessons from Palantir — linking data and workflows so AI execution directly drives profit and efficiency.
    • The tech that changes what’s possible: the core execution architecture of AI Agents built with Ontology and Computer Use Agents.
