Applied AI Trends in APJ and Globally

Session Overview

Some enterprises still think Agentic AI is here only to help employees work faster and cut costs. This talk digs into AI trends across industries to show the change runs much deeper: Agentic AI is the first major technological breakthrough that customers have adopted ahead of enterprises β€” dramatically increasing customers' ability to self-service and outmaneuver the businesses built to serve them.

As a result, enterprises now face customers who look nothing like the ones their business processes were originally designed for. We'll look at how AI transformation journeys need to change in response β€” across financial services, e-commerce, and beyond.

Key Takeaways

  • How AI adoption by customers, partners, and adversaries is reshaping the economics of financial services, e-commerce, and other industries.
  • How leading enterprises are redesigning their AI strategies across business, transformation, and technology.
  • How leaders should approach the evolving human-AI interaction.
