    Domestic and international cards and PayPal are supported via our online payment system.
  • Bank transfer (invoice)

Registration is confirmed once attendee information is submitted and payment has been received.

Visa & overseas attendees

  • Simultaneous interpretation (EN ↔ KR) is provided on conference days.
  • Visa invitation letters are issued only after ticket purchase.
  • Processing may take up to 4 weeks.
  • Visa denial follows the standard refund policy.

Cancellation & refund policy

  • 15+ days before the event: 100% refund
  • 8–14 days before: 50% refund
  • Within 7 days & No-show: No refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email from the registered attendee or the person in charge.
