Shopping Without Searching — Redesigning the Retail Journey with Generative AI
Session Overview
Agentic Commerce is the next chapter after chatbots: AI agents that see, speak, and act—anticipating intent, personalizing offers, and executing end-to-end journeys from discovery to checkout to post-purchase.
This session discusses how multimodal, agentic AI turns search-and-answer into shoppable moments, embeds checkout where attention lives, and re-architects retail around AI-native workflows. It presents a practical framework where agentic intelligence, data, payments, attribution, and governance intersect—to scale revenue while preserving brand, customer ownership, and trust.
