PANEL SESSION

Is LLM Really Helping Enterprise Productivity?

Session Overview

Companies are adopting LLMs and generative AI across a wide range of tasks — document drafting, information retrieval, customer service, software development, and decision support. But even as individual employees work faster, whether that translates into improved processes and performance across the organization as a whole is a separate question.

This session looks at what changes AI adoption is actually driving on the ground within companies, and discusses the conditions needed for it to translate into real productivity gains. It covers the practical challenges organizations face — automating repetitive work, supporting decision-making, collaboration between business and technical teams, and integrating data and systems.

The panel also examines the metrics and methods for evaluating AI's impact, the process of scaling pilot projects into company-wide transformation, and the challenge of redesigning roles between people and AI — mapping both the results and the limits of enterprise AI.
