Confirmation

• Registration is complete once all attendee details are submitted and payment is made.
• No paper tickets are issued. Entry instructions are sent by email near the event.
• If internal approvals delay payment, email us to hold your seat.

Payment Options

• Card/PayPal or Invoice (bank transfer / tax invoice).
• For group passes (5+), contact the organizers for discounts.

Overseas Attendees

• English ↔ Korean interpretation is provided on both days.
• Visa invitation letters are issued only after purchasing a conference pass (not for Expo/Workshop-only passes). Processing may take up to 4 weeks.
• Please review the refund policy before purchase.

AI Summit Seoul isn’t responsible for visa approval. Documents can be issued after purchase; cancellations due to visa denial follow the standard refund policy.

Refund Policy

• 15+ days before the event: 100% refund
• 8–14 days before: 50% refund
• Within 7 days & No-Show: No refund

• If internal approvals slow payment, let us know and we can temporarily hold your seat.
• Keep your confirmation email — it contains your entry details.
